About The Position

This position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in 2026. Our existing branches are located in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso. Your role will also involve: Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports Assist with loan, cash, and teller services Offer credit score coaching to save our members money Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge ---------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions. Skills: You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. READY TO JOIN US? Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
