Member Service Representative- Fraud Prevention

About The Position

Looking to start a career in fraud prevention or financial services? This is an entry‑level call center role that puts you on the front lines, helping members protect their accounts and resolve fraud issues. It’s fast‑paced, meaningful work with training and growth potential. As a Fraud Member Service Representative (MSR), you’ll take inbound calls from members who have experienced fraud on their accounts. You’ll listen, problem‑solve, and take action to help resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume environment
  • Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility
  • Comfort working at a computer for most of the day

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center or fraud experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle back‑to‑back inbound calls in a call center environment
  • Support members who may be stressed or worried due to fraud
  • Review accounts, identify fraud activity, and take appropriate action
  • Use multiple computer systems and dual monitors to document and resolve cases
  • Provide clear, reassuring communication while following procedures
