What would you do as a Member Service Representative - Billing As a Full-Time Member Service Representative - Billing at Golden Valley Electric Association, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of member accounts. Your responsibilities will include accurately analyzing bills daily to meet posting deadlines, processing meter reading data, and posting daily readings for various route assignments. You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all newly installed location and meter data, while also processing adjustments to member accounts as requested. Additionally, you will handle member payments through various methods, including cash, check, and credit card, ensuring a seamless and efficient billing experience for our valued customers.
