Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to coach, develop and lead the Member Relations Team to deliver a consistently professional, efficient and high-quality service to Members. This role is accountable for driving team performance, embedding effective leadership routines, and ensuring operational targets and service standards are achieved. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service leadership role (mandatory).
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment across multiple systems (desirable).
• Proven capability in coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve performance outcomes.
• Experience implementing and maintaining leadership routines to support engagement, accountability and results.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment across multiple systems (desirable).
• Relevant qualifications in Leadership and/or a Frontline Management Program (highly desirable).
