Position: Member Plan Coordinator
In this role, you will be a key link between our internal team, our network attorneys, and our members—helping ensure each estate plan is accurate, complete, and properly organized.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfort working with documents, records, and checklists
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines at once
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong follow‑through

Nice To Haves

• Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or other document‑heavy roles is a plus—but not required if you bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Review network attorney document submissions for new estate plans and plan changes
• Coordinate and organize all documentation needed to complete estate plan binders
• Work directly with network attorneys to obtain required documents and resolve outstanding items
• Use your familiarity with tax statements and deed documents to assist with funding deeds
• Track case status, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners throughout the process
