The Member Experience Officer role involves providing sales and service functions, offering information on Credit Union services, and cross-selling products to meet member needs. This position also manages day-to-day branch operations in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Branch Manager and supports membership and asset growth through sales campaigns and community outreach. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and seamless member experience by actively listening, addressing concerns, and advocating for members' best interests, ultimately enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
