The organization is seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its dedicated team as a Bilingual Member Care Representative in a fast-paced, high call volume Contact Center. This role is critical to the member experience, involving a variety of service functions, identifying additional financial solutions for members, and assisting non-members in establishing membership and setting up accounts by phone.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize available resources to help members
  • Read and speak Spanish fluently
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a financial institution
  • Experience selling and cross-selling products or services
  • Excellent member service skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in dealing with members
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
  • Ability to function in a call center environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: computer, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone
