The organization is seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its dedicated team as a Bilingual Member Care Representative in a fast-paced, high call volume Contact Center. This role is critical to the member experience, involving a variety of service functions, identifying additional financial solutions for members, and assisting non-members in establishing membership and setting up accounts by phone.
