About The Position

The Member Events & Experiences Supervisor supports the Club Operations Manager in creating engaging community programming and delivering exceptional member experiences. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing club member events and experiences that build connection, drive engagement, and enhance member retention. This position is both strategic and hands-on, supporting event logistics and execution while also working 2–3 shifts per week at the club front desk to ensure a seamless and welcoming member experience. As an ambassador for Gravity Haus, this role models exceptional hospitality, fosters community, and helps bring the brand’s mission and values to life through meaningful experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, events, community programming, or member services strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience coordinating events or programming preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both operational shifts and event-based schedules.
  • Self-motivated with strong accountability and service orientation.
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as required by events and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute club member events, programming, and community experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, staffing coordination, vendor communication, and on-site execution.
  • Support the development of new programming ideas to enhance member engagement and community connection.
  • Track event participation and feedback to continuously improve experiences.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and evaluation.
  • Work 2–3 shifts per week at the club front desk supporting daily operations.
  • Welcome members and guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Assist with member inquiries, reservations, and general club information.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on club programming and events.
  • Deliver and model Gravity Haus’ high standards of hospitality.
  • Build relationships with members to foster community and loyalty.
  • Partner with Membership team to promote programming and support retention efforts.
  • Act as a visible presence in the club, supporting engagement and connection.
  • Partner closely with the Club Operations Manager and leadership team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with departments including F&B, Fitness, Spa, and Membership to support programming.
  • Support operational needs during events and peak periods.
  • Participate in leadership meetings as appropriate.
