The Senior Marketing Manager of Member Engagement plays a critical role in bringing that vision to life by designing and leading a data-driven, multi-channel member engagement strategy that helps people discover, use, and stay connected to our care offerings. This role sits at the intersection of growth, experience, and outcomes. You’ll own engagement strategy end to end—from identifying the right members, to crafting meaningful outreach, to measuring what works and iterating quickly. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, product, analytics, and customer teams to turn insights into action and drive real impact for members.
