The mission of Our House, Inc. is to provide healthy, stimulating and inclusive environments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community residences, employment services, innovative day programs, social opportunities and related support services designed to help them achieve their full potential for living meaningful and productive lives. Our House, Inc.is seeking to fill the role of Member Benefits Coordinator. This position will manage all federal, state, and local benefits for approximately 150 members of our residential and day programs while maintaining compliance with Social Security, Medicaid, and NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities requirements. As Member Benefits Coordinator, you will partner with our Representative Payee Accountant to manage members’ benefits from initial onboarding through ongoing maintenance and recertification. Successful candidates will be highly organized, able to manage their own time, technology friendly, skilled at navigating complex regulatory systems with multiple stakeholders, and driven by our mission to serve people with disabilities.
