Senior LIFE is currently seeking a Member Assistant Specialist to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need. Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License, vehicle and current auto insurance
- Related experience in the field is required
- Experience working with the elderly population
Responsibilities
- Precepting new Home Health Aides to their roles
- Facilitate new hire competencies and education
- Home Care Coverage for open visits
- Helping with participant care in center to include day room coverage and shower assistance
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
