Role Mandate The Member and Volunteer Coordinator supports the success and sustainability of IIBA’s global chapter network and volunteer community by coordinating essential administrative processes, providing responsive operational support, and delivering meaningful community engagement initiatives. This role ensures chapters, volunteers, and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) have the guidance, tools, and resources needed to thrive. The coordinator plays a central role in chapter lifecycle management while also administering volunteer and chapter recognition programs, supporting regional meetings, assisting with IIBA webinars, and managing community-generated content. Through close collaboration with chapter leaders, volunteers, IIBA staff, and external partners, this position strengthens community experience, operational consistency, and the visibility of contributions across the global network.
