About The Position

The Medspa Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lafayette location while driving revenue, team performance, and client experience. This role is both operational and sales-focused, requiring someone who can lead the team, support the front desk, conduct consultations, and actively contribute to growth through package and treatment sales. This individual will ensure accountability across the team while maintaining a high-end, seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment required
  • Strong background in both sales and team management
  • Proven ability to sell services, packages, and memberships confidently
  • Comfortable having performance conversations and holding team members accountable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and step into both leadership and front-line roles as needed
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused communication style
  • Must be available to work full-time. Practice hours are : Monday–Friday (10–5) and Saturdays (9–2) Must be able to report at 30 minutes prior to opening.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the medspa to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional client experience
  • Support and cover front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, client communication, and check-in/out processes
  • Conduct consultations for medspa services and recommend customized treatment plans
  • Drive revenue through package sales, memberships, and promotion of services including red light therapy
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
  • Monitor provider schedules and proactively fill gaps to maintain strong utilization
  • Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently (booking accuracy, payments, documentation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
  • Maintain a polished, professional environment aligned with brand standards
