Requirements

Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med-Spa terminology a plus!
Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus)
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
Highly dependable.

Responsibilities

Providing a concierge level of service - making each encounter with our patients amazing.
Managing a multi-line phone system.
Checking patients in/out.
Collecting payments for services rendered.
Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.
