Our superior team of master injectors and aestheticians provide a full-spectrum of innovative age-reversing, rejuvenating treatments. This position is full-time and must have the ability to work Saturdays (9am-3pm) . Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Genesis MedSpa . As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, ideally in a medical or spa environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with booking software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of beauty or wellness services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival, check in, and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Provide them with any necessary forms or information about their upcoming treatments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, assist clients in booking appointments, and handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
- Manage client intake forms, update databases, and maintain organized records of client information and appointment history.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate billing for services and products.
- Assist clients with inquiries about retail products and promote special offers or packages to enhance their experience.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Work closely with medical and beauty professionals to ensure clients receive the best service. Communicate treatment updates and client needs to the appropriate team members.
