About The Position

At PureSkin Aesthetic & Laser Center, we believe beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our experts assess your unique features and goals to design a results-driven plan using the most advanced techniques available in Bismarck! We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.

Requirements

• Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments
• Passionate about skincare and client results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, professional, and polished appearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in one of these specialty areas: CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
• Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
• Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
• Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education
