Requirements
- Active CMA I or CMA II license through the Kentucky Board of Nursing
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, professional, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and Kentucky regulations
- Accurately document medication administration and observations
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report changes
- Communicate with nurses and care team regarding resident needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and medication policies
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
