Requirements
- Current CMA certification within the state of IA is required
- Current CNA certification within the state of IA is required
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Support residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Collaborate on care plans to promote health and independence
- Encourage resident participation in social activities and events
- Foster a safe, supportive, and dignified living environment
