Now Hiring: Medication Technician (Med Tech) / CMA I Full-Time & Part-Time | Days & Nights Spring Arbor Frankfort | Frankfort, KY Proudly part of Spring Arbor Senior Living Spring Arbor Frankfort is growing, and we’re looking for Medication Technicians (Med Tech) / CMA I to join our Wellness team on both day and night shifts. If you’re detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about resident safety and care, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Active CMA I license (Kentucky Board of Nursing)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, professional, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Senior living, assisted living, or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and Kentucky regulations
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report changes
- Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team
- Ensure compliance with medication policies, safety, and infection control standards
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
