Requirements

  • Active Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping seniors
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Medicare sales or insurance (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized Medicare plan recommendations tailored to each client's needs
  • Deliver WOW‑level customer service-answering questions, resolving issues, and building long-term client trust
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive outreach, follow-up, and client relationship building
  • Stay up to date on Medicare guidelines, plan offerings, compliance requirements, and industry changes
  • Participate in community events, educational workshops, and prospecting activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of enrollment applications and all insurer-required documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, presentations, and enrollments in agency systems
