Position Purpose: The Project Manager will support enterprise-wide projects within the Medicare Operations department by utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance, while driving continuous process improvement and risk mitigation. Note: this is a remote role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools.
  • Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
  • Project or industry experience supporting DSNP, Medicare, or Medicaid programs, with an understanding of healthcare regulations, cross‑functional dependencies, and operational execution preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle including intake, requirements definition, planning, execution, deployment, and closure, ensuring on‑time delivery across competing priorities and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, managing scope, timelines, and resources throughout execution.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues, providing clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, IT, and Business teams to drive alignment and shared accountability.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and decision forums, influencing outcomes and resolving conflicts without direct authority.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to all levels of the organization, including executive summaries as needed
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to support transparency, auditability, governance, and operational readiness.
  • Utilize corporate and industry‑standard project management tools and techniques to manage work efficiently and consistently.
  • Contribute to the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, standards, and ways of working.
  • Track progress against defined success metrics and ensure projects deliver measurable business, operational, or compliance outcomes.
