The Medicare CSA provides accurate, timely, and client-focused administrative support to the Insurance Pros Medicare team. This role is responsible for completing enrollments, managing client accounts, processing renewals, and ensuring every client’s Insurance Pros experience is seamless, accurate, and handled with care from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in health insurance administration, Medicare processing, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Working knowledge of Medicare enrollment processes, carrier portals, and submission requirements (or the ability to learn quickly)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communicator; clients always know their status and next steps
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and carrier portals; comfortable learning new platforms
  • Demonstrates integrity and discretion; takes the confidentiality of client information seriously
  • Coachable, positive, and a true team player — you bring a can-do attitude to every task

Responsibilities

  • Process Medicare enrollment applications accurately and within carrier-required timelines
  • Verify all enrollment data for accuracy and confirm enrollment timely
  • Maintain accurate, fully up-to-date client enrollment records in the CRM at all times
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for all assigned client accounts
  • Complete all ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Medicare Admin Manager accurately and by the given deadline
  • Support team initiatives and projects with a positive, can-do attitude and strong follow-through
