About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Front Office Medical Secretary, responsible for ensuring adequate, quality patient care, leading and supporting team members, and upholding the practice's vision and mission. Motivate staff to perform quality services and to always instill team spirit and during monthly meetings. Ensure staff treat each patient with care and concern. Greeting patients promptly upon arrival, answers phones and performs all medical secretary duties, always accommodating. Resolves patient concerns or complaints calmly and professionally and follows through. Reviews schedules daily to ensure smooth patient flow, and doctor efficiency. Ensure patient areas (lobby exam rooms) are clean and always organized, with the help of all office staff. Reports on misconduct, employee concerns to management. TRAVEL Travel between 3 offices in Naple’s locations may be required for this position. QUALIFICATIONS Education - This position requires a High School Degree or equivalent. Experience – Two to five years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a medical office is preferred. Understands a medical office protocol and procedures and can effectively lead a team in a medical setting. Communication – Excellent oral and written communication skills Work Style - Must be able to work well independently but ask for help when needed. Ability to analyze and interpret information and interact and decipher information telephonically and electronically.
