Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
  • Ability to project a pleasant and professional image
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with patients and other employees
  • Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in the area of assignment
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards
  • Eligible to Work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Documenting Patient Encounters: Accurately record details of patient visits, including history, examination findings, and care plans, in real-time during medical consultations.
  • Entering Data into Electronic Health Records (EHR): Input patient information into the EHR system efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Managing Medical Charts: Organize and maintain patients' charts and ensure that they are complete and up-to-date, coordinating with the healthcare team as needed.
  • Communicating with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to clarify any necessary details and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Remain knowledgeable about HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
