Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
- Ability to project a pleasant and professional image
- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with patients and other employees
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in the area of assignment
- Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards
- Eligible to Work in the US
Responsibilities
- Documenting Patient Encounters: Accurately record details of patient visits, including history, examination findings, and care plans, in real-time during medical consultations.
- Entering Data into Electronic Health Records (EHR): Input patient information into the EHR system efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Managing Medical Charts: Organize and maintain patients' charts and ensure that they are complete and up-to-date, coordinating with the healthcare team as needed.
- Communicating with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to clarify any necessary details and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensuring Compliance: Remain knowledgeable about HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
