As an agent at Cyti Corp, you will be responsible for classifying incoming referrals, handling additional daily requests, applying the established protocol for each of the cases, optimizing the process, maintaining updated schedules, scheduling appointments, and solving any situation that helps to improve the service offered. Please see below the most common tasks performed on a daily basis: Receive referrals directly from the client's insurance and process them following our protocol. Review and confirm that all client information is complete and up to date. Call clients who have received authorization from their insurance to schedule a session with Cyti. Answer client phone calls professionally and respond to client inquiries and complaints. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions. Research required information using available resources. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding our service or any type of service issues. Provide clients with information about our therapists and therapeutic methods available. Identify, escalate priority issues and report to senior management. Complete incoming text messages, emails, or notifications with the appropriate solution. Fill out call notes and reports as needed and update them in the team’s database. Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and queries. Ongoing training and research on our therapists' specialization and availability. Update all relevant information about our services. Ensure the updating of internal documents related to billing (charge slips, progress notes). Constant follow-up of the clients we have in our pending referral base. Communicate assertively and respectfully with therapists on a consistent basis to provide excellent customer service.
