Is responsible for managing daily medical records duties. Will exercise discretion and independent judgment for the selection of staff, training, development and completing performance evaluations. Is expected to perform office and non manual work to lead the medical records department. This position must work collaboratively with all staff and maintain open communication with all departments in support of the patient's experience promoting excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. The Position: 1.0 FTE. 80 hours per pay period. Hours: 10 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Pay: $24.95, increases with experience.
