Requirements

  • Experience in medical records, health information, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Knowledge of EHR systems (experience with Dayforce HCM or similar platforms is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical records, health information, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Knowledge of EHR systems (experience with Dayforce HCM or similar platforms is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and ensure proper documentation workflows
  • Audit charts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Coordinate record requests, releases of information, and document tracking
  • Support admissions, discharges, and census processes through accurate documentation
  • Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure documentation best practices
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all federal/state regulations
