Register patients into Epic system, complete check-in process, obtain required signatures and collect co-payments. Discuss balances with patients at check-in and/or check-out time. Review and maintain EPIC work queues. Scanning and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
