About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates and Hümi is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Medical Receptionist Floater for our SNJ/PA office locations. Offices included are ( NJ -Haddonfield, Medford, Mount Laurel, Sewell, Voorhees. West Deptford, Willingboro )( PA-Philadelphia, Richboro, Willow Grove ). Hourly: $21/hr This position qualifies for floater benefits, more details below Job Duties Scheduling patient appointments Assisting incoming patients Verifying insurance coverage Entering patient demographics into the computer Pulling and filing medical charts Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
