A typical day? You own the recovery cycle for your portfolio of accounts. With urgency and accountability, you connect with providers to recover overpayments and keep our operations running seamlessly. You use your healthcare knowledge and our advanced analytics to overcome objections diplomatically, adapting your communication style to each situation.
