You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances , while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct . Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone
- Communicates messages through email or Epic
- Greets, registers, and schedules patient appointments
- Collects patient copayments
- Verifies insurance and other patient data is accurate
- Scans and / or uploads patient information to patients electronic chart
