Job Overview & Work Site What We Treat At our clinic, we primarily focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, catering to a diverse patient population. Our caseload includes both non-surgical and post-operative cases, spanning across sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management. This position requires excellent leadership skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a team environment, have a love of working with people, and have good organizational and communication skills. Experience in a medical setting is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding.
  • Proficiency with office software (EMR, scheduling, payroll).
  • Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a medical setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating receptionists and other administrative personnel.
  • Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, payroll, billing, insurance claims, collections, and deposits.
  • Operational Efficiency: Developing and implementing office policies, procedures, and workflows; managing supplies; arranging maintenance.
  • Patient Experience: Ensuring smooth patient registration, scheduling, handling complaints, and promoting satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and safety standards.
  • Record Management: Organizing and maintaining patient and staff records, often using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Collaboration: Working with clinicians, billing departments, and executives to meet practice goals.
