About The Position

The Medical Group Quality Manager is responsible for improving patient care, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement efforts through data analysis, policy development, and team leadership. This position develops and fosters collegial relationships with and among the employed providers and staff. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• A minimum of three years RN experience
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree Preferred
• At least one year of Ambulatory experience preferred
• Three or more years of leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement in a physician group setting preferred
