The Medical Group Quality Manager is responsible for improving patient care, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement efforts through data analysis, policy development, and team leadership. This position develops and fosters collegial relationships with and among the employed providers and staff. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
