Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a hospital or multi-hospital system supply chain management, with a strong background in a clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Utilize asset management systems effectively to facilitate achievement of performance objectives, as well as reporting lost and missing assets. Coordinating reporting with Accounting when necessary.
  • Assist in the daily coordination of workflow between nursing and support service.
  • Assist in maintaining asset database, including: acquisitions, maintenance management, service calls, transfers, and valuations of all equipment.
  • Evaluation of assets and equipment to assist in developing, monitoring, and maintaining PAR level standards for items needed.
  • Assist clinical and support staff with locations of current items and location of missing items.
  • Assist Bio-Med in reports for routine maintenance, repair and installation of new and existing equipment.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis, facilitating resolution of issues between all systems and parties - Asset Management, Accounting and Decision Support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
