The Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism within the Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a Medical Education Program Coordinator. The division is academically focused and committed to excellence in patient care, while also supporting the education and training of fellows, residents, and medical students. This position will serve as the primary coordinator for the fellowship educational program and provide administrative support to four faculty members within the division. Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of an educational training program; coordinating and scheduling educational activities such as journal clubs, didactic sessions, and case conferences; managing on-call and clinic schedules; and assisting with faculty and fellow administrative needs. The role requires experience with Chrome River, Banner, and MyReports, as well as processing out-of-state travel requests and coordinating clinic cancellations for faculty and fellows.
