POSITION SUMMARY: In this contractor role, the MD will be responsible for establishing the TapestryHealth patient relationship for our Telehealth services, including educating patients about the services they'll be receiving through TapestryHealth. We have openings in and around all major and rural cities.

Requirements

  • Qualified, Board Certified MD/DO
  • Successful completion of US residency in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active , unrestricted, Medical License(s) in at least 5 states, including CA
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned buildings
  • Commitment to providing patient centered care and improving health outcomes
  • Familiarity with electronic health record ( EHR ) systems and healthcare technology
  • Ability to travel within 1- 2 hours of assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing the TapestryHealth patient relationship for our Telehealth, Vitals Management, and other services
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weekdays per month to conduct approximately 3 75 Initiating Patient Visits onsite and remotely.
  • These are brief, non-clinical judgment, educational consults simply advising patients of the services they are enrolled in. Tapestry Health will reimburse for mileage as well.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly within our platform at time of visit
  • Provide end of day report to program administrators to track progress for completion of visits.
