DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join their mission of saving lives through organ and tissue donation. This Donor Specialist position requires expertise in communicating during difficult situations and building relationships with families. The role is part of a passionate team responsible for coordinating the gift of health and life through donation, requiring strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. DCI Donor Services has been a leader in ending the transplant waiting list for over four decades, with a unique approach that allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution while maintaining local ties. They operate three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations (New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services) and maximize gifts through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank. The company's ultimate mission is measured by its service to donor families and recipients, extending the reach of each donor's gift through people and technology. This is an on-site position located in Nashville, TN, assigned to a rotating 12-hour night shift (6:00pm - 6:00am), with required training during the day shift.
