Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Medical Assistant certification preferred
Previous experience in a clinical or medical office setting is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic clinical skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Take vital signs, record medical histories, and assist healthcare providers during exams
Perform basic clinical tasks such as administering injections, drawing blood, and wound care (as permitted)
Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
Assist with billing, insurance documentation, and patient communication
Ensure compliance with infection control, privacy, and safety protocols
