• Answer inbound patient calls and general inquiries • Assist with patient communication and appointment coordination • Provide receptionist and front desk support for the practice • Schedule and manage patient appointments • Ensure calendars remain synced across scheduling platforms • Coordinate patient bookings from multiple sources • Verify patient insurance eligibility • Communicate with the billing team if additional insurance information is needed • Maintain and update patient records in SimplePractice EMR • Assist with organizing and maintaining patient documentation • Manage patient inquiries coming from platforms such as Psychology Today, Headway, and the practice website • Assist with patient intake coordination • Help maintain organized records and administrative workflows • Support general administrative tasks to help streamline practice operations
