About The Position
Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Medical Assistant. Join us in our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing inclusive, high quality and compassionate care. As a Sadler Health Medical Assistant, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients. As one of our Medical Assisting Team, you will be supporting our medical providers to provide efficient care and services to our patients. Our Medical Assistants assist with patient treatments, vaccinations and procedures as directed by one of our providers. This may also include documenting patient vital signs or collecting specimens as directed by our providers. This is a fast-paced family practice with patients of varied ages. You will get to perform a variety of tasks, and each day is unique.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited MA training program
Nice To Haves
- Currently hold an active CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification
- Ability to travel and support both clinical locations (Carlisle and West Shore)
Responsibilities
- Support medical providers to provide efficient care and services to patients
- Assist with patient treatments, vaccinations and procedures as directed by providers
- Document patient vital signs
- Collect specimens as directed by providers
