About The Position

Summary: Accountable for accomplishing a wide variety of patient oriented functions associated with day to day operation of the Wound Therapy Clinic and/or organizational needs, in a professional and timely manner. Requirements

• Certification from a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Continues educational pursuits as required to perform all duties associated with the position.
• One to two years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting including direct contact with patients.
• Must be able to accurately utilize word-processing software, as well as possess a working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must enjoy working with the public in a patient focused, customer service environment.
