How you’ll make an impact in this role Answering inbound patient calls and providing immediate clinical triage and support. Communicating effectively with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate and escalate patient care needs. Maintain detailed patient records for seamless communication and care continuity. Educate and reassure patients and families about procedures and treatments, promoting understanding and reducing anxiety. Performing labs as needed.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- Medical Assistant preferred.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1-year MA experience.
