The Medical Assistant Laboratory Skills Instructor is a pivotal role within the educational framework of CHCP, operating under the direct supervision of the Program Director. This position is designed to deliver high-quality instruction in both theoretical and practical applications, leveraging advanced teaching methodologies to ensure student success in the classroom, clinical practicum, simulation, and skills laboratory settings. As a key contributor to the academic success of students, the Instructor is responsible for: Setting and achieving educational objectives tailored to student needs. Providing ongoing mentorship and fostering a supportive learning environment. Tracking student attendance and progress to ensure alignment with program goals. Maintaining professional relationships with students, faculty, and staff to optimize educational outcomes. Participating in professional development initiatives, including training and continuing education in instructional methods.
