Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR three (3) years of relevant training and experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time, practical experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video-conferencing tools, and general computer applications.
• Current CMA or RMA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Mentor and advise students, supporting their academic and professional growth.
• Supervise and guide students during their externship experiences.
• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with campus staff to support student recruitment, placement, and success.
