About The Position
Position Highlights: Position: Medical Assistant - IC Location: 199 W Rand Rd. Mount Prospect Part Time - 32 hours Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, rotating holidays and rotating weekends 8 am - 4 pm Required Travel: As needed to local Immediate Cares and Walk in Clinics
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers - required
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance - required
Nice To Haves
- Current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), National Center for Medical Assistants (NCMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA) - preferred
- Previous Medical Assisting experience - preferred
