As a Medical Admin Network Support professional at Injury Management Organization, Inc., you will play an integral role in the intake process and coordination of medical records, ensuring that all procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include faxing, scanning, and attaching highly accurate medical records within our system, as well as responding to inquiries related to Certified Network operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to select treating doctors and navigate employer rules for workers' compensation participation. Scheduling appointments at designated providers and facilities within the Network while meticulously maintaining notes for verification will be key to your success. Additionally, your familiarity with TDI Rules for network operations will help ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery, ultimately contributing to a seamless experience for our clients.
