This position leads the development and execution of media and sponsorship strategies under the direction of Director, Content and Media and in close partnership with the team and other stakeholders across the Brand Growth team. This includes the support of the marketing and brand plans for the Piedmont overall brand, entities, service lines, talent acquisition and local practices and all mass-, digital- and paid social media, out-of-home, sponsorship activation/support and potential new or different approaches for Piedmont like Influencer Marketing, Direct Mail, Gaming, Podcasts and future AI integrations. The role is also responsible for supporting the Brand Growth Mix Modeling efforts with the analytics team, including the tracking and measurement of all media and sponsorship activation and reporting to all stakeholders.
