About The Position

As a Media Advisor, you will support omnichannel sales efforts by developing advertising solutions that bring physical environments into digital, mobile, and cross-channel campaigns. The role focuses on helping agencies, brands, and outdoor operators extend the impact of real-world media through digital activation and measurable attribution. You will manage client relationships, identify and develop new sales opportunities, and create strategic media proposals aligned to client objectives. The Media Advisor works closely with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized effectively.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in advertising or media sales, with experience selling Out-of-Home (OOH) media welcomed
  • Experience working with agencies, brands, or media partners, with OOH experience considered a plus but not required
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and an interest in omnichannel and programmatic strategies
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, Slack, and in-person interactions
  • High standards for sales execution, including pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • Located in or near the New York / Tri-State area preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with media agencies, brands, and media partners, serving as a consultative advisor aligned to client objectives
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, creating clear proposals that translate client goals into effective advertising strategies
  • Manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot, maintaining CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent follow-through
  • Develop expertise in omnichannel advertising, including activating physical media through mobile and cross-channel solutions such as geofencing and lift studies
  • Present campaign results and insights to demonstrate value, support renewals, and expand long-term partnerships
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, and represent Blue Bite at industry events and partner meetings
