About The Position

The Part-Time Media Team Member supports the Media Department in organizing, editing, and uploading photo and video content from OneBeat Dance Brands events. This role assists with file management, basic video editing, and maintaining accurate and complete media archives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is an in-person, part-time position that can work out of our Ocean office (New Jersey). You must be available about 20 hours a week between Tuesdays and Fridays. We anticipate the start date being as soon as possible and going through May.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and sort large volumes of media files efficiently.
• Reliable and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Media Team with uploading photo and video content for clients.
• Upload media files to the OneBeat NAS and organize by event.
• Sort files and check for missing or incomplete photos and videos.
• Edit video clips in Adobe Premiere Pro as needed.
• Upload finalized media to MEGA for client access.
• Support other media-related tasks and projects as assigned.
