Requirements

No prior cheesemaking experience required - we value your willingness and drive to learn
Must be 18+ and able to lift 65 lbs
Positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor
Weekend availability is required. Every employee works at least one weekend day per week.

Learn and master cheesemaking (milk receiving, pasteurizer & vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, shipping)
